ONCE A PRODUCT IS SHIPPED AND "DELIVERED" LASHBUNNYCO IS NO LONGER RELIABLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT THE DELIVERY CARRIER FOR FURTHER QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING:
Please allow 48-72 business days (excludes holidays/weekends) for your order to be fulfilled. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday. (PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER). You will be sent a tracking number via EMAIL.
